Return Policy and Procedure
Computer Parts Plus stands by its products and understands that sometimes you don't receive what you expect.
- You may return a product for refund or replacement 30 days of the order shipment date.
- Your purchase price (minus the shipping cost), will be refunded provided the product is in its original packaging (all accessories and manuals are intact) and the product falls within 30 days of the purchase date. Also, please note that a 15-30% restocking fee may be accessed if you ordered the wrong product or simply just changed your mind. No restocking fee will be accessed if the product is damaged or if the wrong product was shipped.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or freight collect returns will be accepted by Computer Parts Plus.
Limited Warranties
Computer Parts Plus provides a 90 day limited warranty for the quality of all its products in materials and workmanship. During this period, we will repair or replace all merchandise which proves to be defective. However, we will not warranty any product which has been subjected to improper freight handling/shipping abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation. The warranty also will not cover products installed with non-Computer Parts Plus components and products with broken seals and assembly trace.
